Actions function much like events except that certain actions require a Response, while the others might handle submitted form data. For example, plugin actions render widgets when you visit a package's edit page. When you submit that edit form, plugin actions are called to handle the form data. Type actions handle form submissions and are paired with render.

A webhook will be installed in GitHub or GitLab to enable the automatic update of your Satis repository information. You must also ensure a Resque worker is running for automatic webhook updating to work. See the section on Resque management. Is the Satis configuration file. Your custom listeners can listen for these events and act accordingly. Fired when a new package is created. This occurs when Syncing a Remote. Fired when a package's source code is updated. This happens when GitLab or GitHub notify Packages via webhook that code has been pushed. Fired when a package is disabled. Webhooks are also disabled when this event fires.
