Hi, our names are Dave and Lin and we are husband and wife. We have owned and managed three student houses in Portsmouth since 2002 and endeavour to offer our tenants a more personal service by managing our own properties and not employing the services of an agent. Our aim is to provide good quality student houses, in the Portsmouth area, with equally good backup in the event of a problem.
