Saturday, April 9, 2011. From Shingles to Chickenpox. First Eric got shingles from being stressed out and. That led to Carson getting the chicken-hawks (Thats how Carson. This is Carson in the oatmeal sink bath. At day 2 of the chickenpox. By the time he was all done and scabbed over. We counted 73 pox. Bryant got the chickenpox exactly 2 weeks to the day. Wednesday, 1 January 2014. 这是我第4次游台北，总觉得台北人太多。还是喜欢人烟稀少的台中和花莲。在出发前我就在网上预订火车票。乘搭自强号是我的首选，时间大概两个小时，车票比当场购买便宜些。没想到回程的自强号都满了，我们花了4个小时乘搭吕光号。 同事向我介绍花莲的一间民宿－－吉美。吉美靠近自强夜市，晚上步行到那儿吃晚餐十分方面。民宿的老板很友善，据他说民宿开了6年，一直到今年才开始赚钱。他还说近年来，多数的客人都是新加坡人。民宿一共有10个房间，全天供应饮料（茶、咖啡和开水）。早餐是粥配小菜和一些西式的早餐。 我们和两个上海女孩一起包车游太鲁阁。车费是2600台币，我们付一半。清水断崖是第一站。 太鲁阁的气候十分凉爽，怕输的我准备了太厚的衣服，一路上热得汗水直流。这里是国家公园，也是保护区，大家都尽力保护里头的一草一木。由于周围都是山，为了安全，游客在走进山谷时得带安全帽。在路上也看到从高山滚下的石头，德士师傅不断提醒我们要小心。 Wednesday, 11 December 2013.
