We got lost 1 minute after leaving Morocco. Lost and seriously stuck in the sand. After bribing custom officers. We finally entered Mauritania. 10-12 January. Bamako.

At least we were in good shape next morning. We have entered Western Sahara, territory occupied by Morocco. It is one big hammada, a kind of rocky desert. A few more sunsets.

At the Sunday evening Josune's cousin gave dropped us off on Vittoria's airport where we had to stay and wait 10h for a plane. After midnight guard approached and told that we can't stay here, because they're closing the airport. ROTFL! So we left and unfolded our sleeping pads and sleeping bags outside and tried get some sleep. Around 3am one Finn guy joined us. I had a nice conversation with him.
