All of our support workers are highly experienced and qualified and, most importantly, totally dedicated and reliable. We hold Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance. She listened to D/deaf people complaining about the services available to them and learned about some of their frustrations, such as the long waiting times for interpreter services, and decided to launch a company that would provide a first class service at short notice to address these needs.
