The context of the film is based within a secondary schcool in London, focusing on the problems of one young female. The film will take a look at 24 hours of her life, in which she faces problems with bullying at school. The outcome will be that she becomes depressed and overcomes her feelins through self harming. The plot of the film is to follow the girl around school and watch the different types of abuse she goes through, among her day. Our film is about Bullying, What we want to show in the trailer is an innocent person getting verbally and physically bullied. Our main character is named charlotte, the role that this character has within the film is to be the victim and dont stick up for herself so she lets the bullys treat her like shes not worth anything. Here is a rough story of our film. Charlotte walks a long road to school, on her own, afraid. She sits alone and waits for her first lesson of the day to be verbally or physically abused. The film we created was good because we fulfil the stereotypical conventions of a drama genre trailer, showing bullying throughout the whole trailer. The strengths of the product in terms or meeting the needs of its audience by using different angles effectively, and all the shots were used differently so it was not the same as everyone else’s. The weaknesses were to spend less time planning and more time filming so it wasn’t all done at the last minute but other than that I’m pleased.
