Con la mejores Buenas Vibras. Domingo, 31 de julio de 2011. 500 gr. de carne picada. 500 gr. de espinacas congeladas. 2 dientes de ajo. 25 gr de pasas de corinto. 200 gr. de tocino entreverado. Esta receta de albóndigas de espinacas. Puede ser una estupenda receta para que los niños coman verduras, al mezclarse las espinacas con la carne picada disimularemos el sabor de las verduras. Con la mejores Buenas Vibras. Sábado, 15 de octubre de 2011. 3 tazas de arroz. 2 litros de leche. 1 tarro de leche evaporada. 1 tarro de leche condensada. 1 ½ taza de azúcar. Se pone el arroz a reventar con agua ( hasta q lo cubra) junto con clavo de olor y canela en astilla. Una vez reventado agregar el litro de agua. Cuando hierva agregar mantequilla y azúcar. Vigilar el arroz que no se ahumé o se queme abajo. Agregar leche condensada y mas leche ( lo suficiente q no seque). Publicado por David Garcia.

Receta que hice con mis compañeras del curso de reposteria n.n. 1 taza de leche (250ml). 2 cdas de levadura. 1 cda de azúcar. 1 taza de harina. Se mezcla todo y dejar reposar durante 30 a 60 minutos. 1 ½ taza de azúcar. 1 barra lacto crema. 125 gr de manteca. 8 tazas de de harina ( 1kl). 189; taza de leche (125 ml). 1 ½ cda de royal. Ala mezcla de sele agrega los huevos uno a uno, después el azúcar y las grasas derretidas;. Barnizar con la yema.
