You may pre-enter online at. Or at Sportsmans Warehouse Tokai, Canal Walk or Rondebosch branches up until To Be Confirmed. Cash payment will only be accepted at Sportsmans Warehouse branches. You can pre-enter or enter on the day for the 4.5km Family Fun trail run. Name: CV Trail Run. Bank: First National Bank. Limited numbers do not apply to the family fun run. BRING RECEIPT WHEN COLLECTING YOUR NUMBER. Race numbers will be issued.

Rules for 21km race and 11.5km race. Rules for 21km race and 11.5km race. No personal seconding will be permitted and no vehicles will be allowed on the course apart from organizer's vehicles. Runners must be over 16 years of age in order to run the 21 km race. You are advised to carry a cellphone; make sure it is protected from water. Race numbers must be worn on the front of your running vest. This will include an emergency number to contact if in the event of an accident. Entry fees are non-refundable.

The race is sponsored by The Constantia Valley Vineyards and Sportsmans Warehouse. The route is described as one of the most scenic in the country, traversing the majestic vineyards of the Constantia wine estates. The 11.5km trail passes through the historic Uitsig, Buitenverwachting and Klein Constantia, whilst the 21km trail will also include Groot Constantia. You can download/view the map for the 21 KM Run. The 2nd Annual Carmel Valley Trail 10K and 5K is "Carmel Valley's Premier Trail Race". With a elevation gain between 300'-500', participants will experience a combination of single track and dirt service road trails. Both the 10K and 5K courses will see a mix of flat and fast with some hills thrown in for extra flavor. Great for ALL running levels! Great fun for the entire family!
