Tuesday, December 13, 2011. Τελευταία προσθέσαμε κουραμπιέδες στο μενού μας. Τους έχετε φτιάξει ποτέ; Δεν είναι καθόλου δύσκολοι και είναι πράγματι πεντανόστιμοι. Η Κική έχει μία τέλεια συνταγή που μπορείτε να ακολουθήσετε στη Μικρή Κουζίνα. Όπως εξηγεί και η ίδια, η συνταγή της φτιάχνει πολλούς κουραμπιέδες, οπότε ίσως να προτιμήσετε να χρησιμοποιήσετε τις μισές ποσότητες αν θέλετε απλώς να πειραματιστείτε ή να φτιάξετε λίγους για το σπίτι. Συνταγές για κάθε πικραμένο. Τρίτη, 5 Νοεμβρίου 2013. Μαρμελάδα μήλο και βανίλια. Η Χρύσα δεν έχει κέφια και κάνει μαρμελάδες ,παλιό κουσούρι που εξελίσσεται . Λοιπόν το μήλο και ειδικά το φιρίκι πηγαίνει πολύ με τις βανίλιες. Υλικά : 5-6 φιρίκια ,5 -6 βανίλιες ζάχαρη , 1 βανίλια για άρωμα, λεμόνι χυμό. Βγαίνει 2 μικρά βαζάκια. Συνεχίζω να έχω νεύρα πάντως. A little while ago (oh alright, so it was last summer) a twitter friend mentioned his longing for some cinnamon bun ice cream that isn't available here in Greece. I, of course, immediately googled said ice cream, it sounded divine, so I wondered if I could make my own version. The main ingredients seem to be caramel ice cream and chunks of cinnamon roll. I got a pack of ready-made croissant dough and before baking them added cinnamon and brown sugar.

Monday, July 1, 2013. Ρολό κανέλας με παγωτό: Οδηγός για τεμπέληδες. Πριν λίγο καιρό (ωχ, εντάξει, πέρσι το καλοκαίρι ήταν) ένας φίλος στο τουίτερ ανέφερε ότι λαχταρούσε ένα παγωτό με ψωμάκι κανέλας που δεν διατίθεται εδώ στην Ελλάδα. Φυσικά το'ριξα στο google, φαινόταν θεϊκό, και αναρωτιόμουν αν μπορούσα να φτιάξω τη δική μου εκδοχή. Τα βασικά συστατικά φαίνεται ότι είναι παγωτό καραμέλας και κομμάτια από ψωμάκια κανέλας. Τέλος, για να γίνει τραγανό, έσπασα μερικές καραμέλες και τις πρόσθεσα από πάνω!
