Southwest Mini Crescent Burritos. 1 box (9 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, squeezed to drain. 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast. 1/2 cup canned black beans, drained, rinsed. 1/2 cup frozen corn. 1 cup shredded pepper Jack cheese (4 oz). Makes 12 servings for a meal or 24 appetizers.
