So back to the brownies, after scouring my cookbooks and the Internet for the better part of the day I finally found a recipe that spoke to me and satisfied my many prerequisites. First prerequisite: no wheat flour. Second: no white sugar. I don’t like to alter a recipe the first time but my egg missed the bowl and I lost half of it so instead of three eggs my version now had three and half. Then she throws a curve ball calling for vanilla stevia...I baked...
