She loves it, Yeah, Yeah, Yeah. Barcelona studio.Spanish emersion.transformation? Saturday, March 31, 2007. Finally: The Field Trips: Madrid and Andalucia. So Field Trip 1 was our introduction to Spanish architecture and culture outside of Barcelona. We visited Madrid and parts of Andalucia, including Toledo, Cordoba, Granada, and Seville. Roma!: Athens
http://lucasrome2007.blogspot.com/2007/03/spring-break-so-lauren-p-and-i-ventured.html
Thursday, March 8, 2007. So Lauren P and I ventured to Athens, what a trip that was. It started out as a hectic morning, what with waking up late and misplacing a few very needed items. Then a traffic jam made us give up all hopes of reaching our plane on time. However, we arrived at 10:30 with our plane departing at 11:00, and some how we made it. Either way it was great. http://marquezbcn2007.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html
Thursday, April 19, 2007. If you ever wondered what does an architecture student look like before a really big deadline, well, you don't have to imagine it anymore! Labels: This was too funny not to put up. For you piker ;). Black Madonna of Montserrat. Procesion, Plaza San Jaume. In front of the cathedral, what was once the Via Augusta still remains as one of the main roads in the old city. You can actually see the enormous boulders from the Roman wall on the sides of that entrance. Just for fun ;).

CHELA EN BARCELONA: March 2007
http://marquezbcn2007.blogspot.com/2007_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, March 27, 2007. Project I- Phase III. Part three, DONE! Within the group, three new proposals would be developed in terms of the block's building massing, later on focusing on one building, it's physical form and possible impact on the adjacent areas. For my approach, I focused my thoughts around the concept of filtration. How can this be applied to a building form? For the 'pin-up' we were to present our main concept aside from the new massing design; diagrams representing our overall ideas.
