The Crazy Lady and The Baker Man: Welcome to My World

http://www.crazyladybakerman.blogspot.com/2009/08/welcome-to-my-world.html

Sunday, August 16, 2009. Welcome to My World. It's only about half the number of words it will eventually be, but I'm ok with that. I'm a big picture kind of girl. I need to see it all out on the page before I can go back and add description and setting and sub-plots. I am an outliner and that's ok. Over the next few days I will post some of my favorite go-to blogs about writing and children's books. As well as write about my favorite new software. So, get ready! Sunday, July 26, 2009. Last night I grilled for the first time. I'm bro-in-law took care of the delicious mint-lamb burgers while I handled the veggies. We also grilled lovely corn on the cob. Here are the super easy recipes:. Both compliments of Gardeners' Community Cookbook, with my changes of course). Corn without the husks:. 4 ears of corn, remove husks and silks. Butter (I used a compound basil butter I kept in the fridge). Break up about 1 TBSP of butter for each packet and place around corn. In th...

The Crazy Lady and The Baker Man: May 2009

http://www.crazyladybakerman.blogspot.com/2009_05_01_archive.html

Sunday, May 31, 2009. I know it's Sunday, but I've noticed other blogs that post five good things for the week on Fridays. I like that idea quite a lot. 1 Saw Star Trek last night. It is amazing and no I'm not a Star Trek fan, well I guess I am now. The best character is the Scottish actor who plays Scotty. Simon Pegg from Shaun of the Dead. 2 My niece turned two. Watching that child grow is one of the highlights of my life. 5 And finally I'm reading a great book about zen. It's called Hardcore Zen.

All the stuff in my craft bin.and all the junk in my head. Friday, February 4, 2011. My latest obsession is knitting podcasts. Who knew so many knitters were making podcasts? So far I've spent most of my time listening to the Knitmore Girls. You can look forward to more podcast reviews from me in the future. Happy listening! And here is a little picture of my daughter enjoying our rare central Texas snow. Labels: Knitmore Girls knitting podcasts. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Relax while you knit.

The Crazy Lady Authors - Blog

The Crazy Lady Authors. New Releases Coming Soon! CLA Press and News. Michele E. Gwynn. What do Indie Authors do when not writing? As you can imagine, being an Indie author is a full-time job in itself, but unless and until one strikes gold with a bestseller along the lines of. Girl with the Dragon Tattoo. Etc, it won't pay the bills. So what do our Crazy Ladies do to make those ends meet in between developing plots and creating loveable (and despicable) characters? Well, Michele E. Gwynn. A writer who w...

Days of My Life

Days of My Life. Thursday, July 26, 2012. Okay, so technically, this would not be Day One of my life, seeing as how I'm 40 years old, or as my adoring children would say, 'ancient'. Today it was suggested to me that I start a blog since I tend to write short novels and call them status updates on Facebook. I never thought I was interesting enough to write a blog, but who knows? So, where to start? In early 2003, marriage #1 started to fall apart. Old hurts were resurfacing and creating new problems f...
