The Blog of the Hardy's! We had a blast. The kids even did sneak out to trick-or-treat at a few houses. Sunday, October 31, 2010. Leading Up to Halloween Night. On Wednesday, we went to the Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch. The kids really enjoy going every year, even the big kids! The best thing is it's free! On Thursday night, I took the kids and Carson to Boo on Ballard, in downtown Wylie. What a crazy mess! We got word that there were 4,000 people down there. I believe it too! The Blog of the Hardy's! Happy 6th Birthday Natalie! It is hard to believe that our little Natalie is now 6 years old! Natalie had a wonderful birthday. We did our traditional pancake breakfast, complete with original Hardy Family singing, then took Natalie bowling. We had tons of fun! Natalie wins the prize for the most original throw of a bowling ball. (No roll about it! After bowling, we had dinner with Grandma at Mooya's. I've got to say it was pretty good! Saturday, May 21, 2011. When we arrived at their office, it was empty, but our doctor waited for us so we could have our consultation. We were so grateful! The Diagnosis in Short. He also has only developed an immune response to 1 of 14 serotypes of the pneumococcal and streptococcus bacterium. He has already had strep twice. The good thing out of his test results was that he does at least have an immune system. Even if it is a weak one, at least it is there. May 25, 2011 at 10:32 PM. Born March 2, 2010.

Thursday, June 9, 2011. With much thought, discussion. And prayer, Sam and I decided to schedule Alex for his first IVIG. Infusion. We were terrified to start, but really hope the doctor is correct about this being Alex's best option for a healthy life. We scheduled Alex to have his infusion on Tuesday June 7 th. We have been so excited over just his single or double steps at a time, but tonight he showed us that that is "Baby Stuff" for him! Now I really am believing that his ear infections were preventing him from walking. He has so much more confidence and coordination than he had before his tubes. We are so proud of our little man!
