Sunday, January 20, 2013. Well, as always, it's hard to believe another year has come and gone. And we are almost an entire month into 2013. Let's see, what could I say about the last few months? I love God, I love my family, I love my friends and I love my church. I am so incredibly thankful for all God has done in our lives. Sunday, December 9, 2012. All sorts of stuff. Well, it's time for another blog post since our lives have changed so drastically since my last post of October. It is amazing how you can be going along and BAM! Your life can turn on a dime. There are many things that can be learned from this situation but one of the biggest is that we have so many friends who have our backs and support us. It is very humbling. But, when you live a life of integrity and honesty that is the overall outcome. All sorts of stuff.

Monday, January 30, 2012. Nor Nor turns 6 tomorrow. This past Saturday we had her party at Sweet Frog. It was a great party, I think. The owners were great and it was a great deal.the cheapest party I've had yet. Yes, our child had to have a Harry Potter cake. I pick my battles. Sunday, October 23, 2011. The Great Pumpkin Carving of 2011. Yes folks, that is a power saw. If we didn't have this, we will still be here trying to cut into them. The finished product at night. I put four tea lights each in them. And they looked great from the road. Thursday, October 20, 2011. And can I just say that I think my mouth was stuck about 10 different times for all the shots.ya'll this was huge for me. I mean, who really likes to go to the dentist? So, what do you think? Saturday, June 2, 2012. First of the Season. Love the color and fullness. And I have one bush that is turning out bright purple flowers, which I have never seen one quite that color. But I still like this color the best! Singing (and Dancing) in the Rain. Nor loves the rain and about a week or so ago we had a weird storm where it poured rain but the sun was shining. We even saw a rainbow. Thankfully it was just before bath time so we let them go play in the rain for about 20 minutes. Friday, June 1, 2012.

Saturday, March 24, 2012. Last Saturday we wanted to head to Charlotte to Maggiano's to celebrate Mom and Dad's 34 anniversary. It is now Dad's favorite restaurant. So we got a limo and headed to South Park in Charlotte. Nor-Nor wanted to take a picture. I should have taken a picture of the food. It's unreal. Friday, December 23, 2011. Best Student Christmas Gift Ever! They will go down in history as one of my top 5 favorite student Christmas gifts! Nor-Nor's First School Program. Look at our little kindergartener in the back row.she was very cute and bowed after each song. She did all the hand motions to "The Twelve Days of Christmas." I was impressed. Monday, July 16, 2012. Introducing our newest family member.Bodee Buttercup Griffin! BB for short) Isn't she precious? Nor has wanted a dog for a loooooooong time. We held out for a long time for various reasons. But it was time. I truly believe that children need to have a dog. We always had dogs growing up and there are some fond memories.
