I decided to make it to take to the lake, and we thought it was delicious! It was fun to have on hand and just be able to grab out of the frig and make a quick meal of sandwiches. Perfect for a hot day! 2 c ham, diced. 1/2 c Miracle Whip. 2 tsp dried onion flakes. 1 tsp stone ground mustard. 1 Tsp sweet pickle relish ( I used a bit more).

Tuesday, September 27, 2011. Bite size apple pies from Taste of Home. These little pies were so much fun to make. so EASY.and so delicious. They went together in minutes and before long. we had fresh hot apple pie for dessert! Start to finish was maybe 20-25 minutes. I served them warm with ice cream.2 little pies a piece was just a perfect size dessert. I made only half a batch as I wasn't sure how they would taste cold or reheated.
