Tales of a lazy housewife's adventures in the kitchen. Friday, January 15, 2010. The Importance of Baking Soda. To a recipe on allrecipes.com, I made amazing, mouthwatering snickerdoodles. Today I am trying a twist on my own chocolate chip recipe. My general manager at work is this amazing chef who used to have his own bakery. He asked me to try adding molasses to my chocolate chip cookies. so here I go. Batch two was a little over done- crispy, but not burnt. I prefer mine more chewy than crispy. Came o...

Cooking Without Class: and several months later....

http://www.cookingwithoutclass.blogspot.com/2010/10/and-several-months-later.html

Tales of a lazy housewife's adventures in the kitchen. Monday, October 4, 2010. And several months later. So I love cooking and baking and do it often, what I don't do often is blog about it. As it turns out, no one should bake a batch of cookies every week. I'm sure it isn't hard to figure out why. So, somewhere along the way, I stopped doing a batch of cookies every week, and instead went to a new recipe every week. Here are a few of the favorites:. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Cooking Without Class: The Beginning

http://www.cookingwithoutclass.blogspot.com/2010/01/beginning.html

Tales of a lazy housewife's adventures in the kitchen. Monday, January 11, 2010. Dear friends, family, and strangers,. I have been married for about 8 months now. I love my husband, and I hate my job. I spent my free time in college baking whatever I craved and then inviting friends over to devour it with me. I always said that if my degree didn't take me anywhere, I'd just start baking. Well, here I am- nearly a year out of college and my degree is sitting utterly useless. The Importance of Baking Soda.
