December 17, 2004. I've got an idea! I get out some hard candy and my Valve Hammer Editor (a very early version) and smash the candy in a bag. I find two cups that have about 2 cm difference in diameter. I make some gingerbread dough (recipe out of The Joy of Cooking). I take a chunk of dough and flour my marble surfave and the top of the dough chunk. And roll it out with a rolling pin. Then remove the inside. I use the innside part from above to make the lambda. Free hand the 2 cut. Out of the oven.

December 22, 2004. The great petit four disaster of twenty aught four has left me with great ammounts of cake and icing. So i do as some one suggested on the steampowerd forums and make a headcrab cake. it didn't quite turn out how i'd hoped. The only instructions i leave you with. Frosting is just too sticky and hard to mix the right color. Forget it. If I had cake making skills I'd be out there making erotic cakes for a living as we speak :X.

December 19, 2004. While I was in that state between asleep and awake, it came to me. He is a bready headcrab. Inspired by the game Half life. Here he is in the oven. A bit too dark and the eggwash is a bit too sloppily applied. I cooked him on an ovenware safe tea cup, so this is what his mouth turned out like. needs improvment. Breadcrab 2 is out of the oven! Built upside down to have a more improved mouth, no egg wash applied (though I wish I would have now).
