Wednesday, 19 October 2011. DrumStick Moong Dal curry / Munakaya Pesarapappu kura. 1/4 glass of Moong Dal(Pesarapappu). Cut drumstick into medicum sized pieces. Cut onions in to thin and long peices. Now take the kadai add oil to it . Now add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, Curry Leaves, Red Chillies to it fry them. Now add drumstick and onion pieces and fry for one min. Now add one glass of water.(Based on cooking you can add some more water to it). Close it with a lid. And let it to cook. And then serve it.
