Why do I need to have a Constitution Day Program? September 17, 1787 is the day that the United States Constitution was signed. Every school that receives Federal Funds is required to host an educational program about the US Constitution each year on its anniversary date. Since every institution in the US that receives Federal Funds must conduct an educational program on the US Constitution on September 17 of each year, it is advised that you reserve your space.
