Tuesday, 24 May 2016. 功课分享 - 柳谷系統 WILLOWGLEN MSC (0008). 来看看WILLOW (0008) 主板科技股， 一家小型科技股公司，设立于1998年 5 月 20号，该公司的总部位于马来西亚吉隆坡。市值只有RM158MIL（小并不代表不好哦，可能静静赚钱没人懂）。该公司的主要业务是提供电脑化的监控系统 - SCADA (Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition), 其提供服务的客户领域是石油与天然气输送管，废水处理站，铁道和道路管理公司，发电厂，建筑服务公司以及等等。 该公司的主要市场是新加坡和马来西亚，分别占了68%和32%的总营业额。除此之外在印尼，加拿大和香港都有设立联营和子公司。 PE - 9.5 (少过10 = Passed）. OKA 最新一季的报告终于出炉啦，还好没让我大失所望，毕竟最近有很多公司的成绩都不是很理想。如果不知道OKA是干什么生意的可以看回去之前的文章 http:/ ct-boyinvestment.blogspot.my/2015/12/oka.html. 这季度的营业额和税后盈利分别是 RM40.8mil 和 RM6.5mil. 税后盈利 QoQ 上涨了 29.7% YoY 也上涨 5%. Profit Margin 增至 15.9%， 比上个季度的10.9% 进步. 流动现金，Retained Profit，NTA, Cash Flow 和各项指标都更上一层楼。（自己看功课。懒惰写 XD）. 不得不提的是，身为搞建筑的OKA还是可以维持0债务，真是难得，难得。 因为ESOS的关系，总股数增至 159,194,000 units. 笔者给OKA的八字仙言 ：“赢在稳定，成长可期”. Thursday, 27 October 2016. 从心开始！Homeritz Corp (5160) 2016年 Q4 最新业绩分析. 不知不觉已经大半年没动笔写部落格了，还真的是被随意的性格给牵着走了。其实这半年以来都有在做功课和跟踪一些喜欢的公司，只是真的没太多的精力把晚上剩余的时间都花在写部落格上，毕竟给自己看得功课可以做的很简单，可是要写出来让读者们看又是另外一回事了（怕写错了误导大家就不好了 XD)。自己也被这两难困扰了许久，导致迟迟决定不了下笔。最后为了让这部落格继续的“活下去”只好改变文章的呈现方式，会尽量少说点废话（解说 XD)，直接就以Point Form的方式说出重点就好了。这样不止可以缩短写作的时间又可以让大家一目了然的吸收功课重点，何乐而不为呢？ FY2016 Q4 营业额和盈利一起下跌，相比2015年同季度 -11.0% 和 -30.9%. Thursday, 15 October 2015. SUNCON获得新合约 LETTER OF AWARD ISSUED BY SUNWAY ISKANDAR SDN BHD. SUNCON 今天又有好消息。刚才回家收到了来自SUNCON的email，打开一看，原来SUNCON又获得了由Sunway Iskandar Sdn Bhd 颁发的建筑合约，总值1.74亿令吉。这是上市以来新增的第二张合约，手握未完成合约增加到大约45亿令吉左右。 不知不觉的SUNCON已经上市了两个多月，价钱也静悄悄的从最低的RM1.02来到今天的新高RM1.25。有点后悔当初看到SUNCON价钱跌破RM1.00的时候没有敢敢进场，既然已经过去了就别再想吧，就当作是交了一点学费给市场先生。 目前本人也是还在等价钱回调的时候再增持一点。对了，2016年的财政预算案将会在10月23号揭晓。希望有其他利好消息的带动下，价钱也能一点一点的往上爬吧，呵呵。（很矛盾吧，哈哈哈）. HOMERITZ 家丽资 2016 Q2 季度报告出炉！ 让笔者等到颈项都长的HOMERITZ最新季度报告终于出来了！话说这几天都一直刷新http:/ www.malaysiastock.biz 的网站，那心情就好像大学期间等待成绩放榜的时候一模一样啊，XD. 乍看之下，这季度的业绩报告也没多大的惊喜（出口股都跌到惨兮兮了还想怎样？哈哈）。这个季度的营业额是RM42.49MIL，税后净利RM8.07MIL，每股盈利RM0.0269，没有宣布派发股息（虽然是预料之中，可是还是有点小失望）。YoY税后净利进步了23%，可是相比之下QoQ却退步了9.2%。 管理层对这季度的业绩显得相当满意，因为整体上来说公司的销售额和盈利度都增加了。只是有一点要稍微注意的是，管理层表示说营业额的进步归功于强势美元，而且还说了2次？（还是因为没东西写了？哈哈）. 正所谓好公司不怕守， 还持有Homeritz的股友们，让我们一起守到天明的那一天吧! Homeritz家丽资 FY 2016 Q1 美美季度报告出炉！ 盼了好久好久，Homeritz最新季度报告终于出炉啦！果然没让笔者失望，这FY2016 Q1 的成绩实在是美到另人惊艳！首这季度的Revenue再一次创下新高，高达RM40mil，Profit After Tax 更是直逼RM8.9mil！Revenue 和 Profit After Tax 比起去年同季度分别增长了 21.9%以及 109%。对比上一个季度也是增加了 6.7%和33.9%。 未了要了解如此漂亮的成绩是不是都归功于外汇盈利，所以笔者追查公司的损益表。一看之下发现到Other Operating Income并没有大幅度的增长，相比去年同样季度只是增加RM335，000 影响并不明显。Profit Before Tax的主要贡献还是来之强劲的销售额。 再加上公司有做了外汇对冲，在这个季度实际上是面临外汇亏损的。管理层在这一方面必须要更加谨慎咯。 PS 这只是本人的心得分享，并没有建议任何买进或卖出讯号，买卖之前请做好功课。 Friday, 22 January 2016.
