http://eatsleeprun.blogspot.com/2012_04_01_archive.html
Eat, sleep, run, repeat. Sunday, April 15, 2012. It was the best of times, and the worst of times. This week running was good. and bad. This meet my coach wanted me to rest up for an invitational of Saturday so I only ran one race. 4:58 PR and first time under 5! I was super psyched especially because I was sick. Here comes the sob story. I will never quit. I got up and wanted to win so badly! 8:56, Personal split: 2:16- Not a great race, but it happened after my incident. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Eat, sleep, run, repeat. Friday, December 9, 2011. Back to Health, and Winter Training! Allright, so I'm officially cured from my injury, it no longer bothers me, and the limp is gone! Eventually turn out fine! Winter Training. What an extremely tedious, cold, hard, and FUN thing to do! I'm back to running with the varsity team, and I've really missed them, and also being able to run without hurting! It must be true, because I'll never stop running. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Eat, sleep, run, repeat. Wednesday, March 28, 2012. HHS and Murray@ Herriman/ Timpanogos Invite/ Inner Squad meet. Overall this race day wasn't the best for me. Herriman was able to psych me out and I let the adrenaline monster get me. Herriman didn't get my time, though I'm pretty sure I PR'd. A pretty good day for me. Despite being there for 14 hours! 5:0037 Another 5 flat! A decent meet for me. 5:004 ANOTHER 5 FLAT! That's 3 5:00 FLATS FOR THE SEASON. I have to get that sub 5! Thursday, March 15, 2012.

Eat, sleep, run, repeat. Tuesday, June 14, 2011. Sigh* Summer, it's a time for relaxing, going to the pool, drinking lemonade, sleeping in, goofing off and THE HARDEST TRAINING YOU WILL EVER DO! I know, it's crazy, but last summer was really fun, and I'm looking forward to another great year. Why do I do it? Well first, running is the best sport ever! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). http://eatsleeprun.blogspot.com/2012/06/track-and-summer-training.html
Eat, sleep, run, repeat. Tuesday, June 12, 2012. Track and Summer Training. So I haven't been very good at keeping this updated, but here's a summary. As previous captains have put it. I'm using my sophmore year with xc and track as a motivation to become a better runner, which translates into my next point. Summer Training is honestly one of the most fun things that I get to do all summer! It is extremely hard, but well worth it. Champions are born in the summer! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).

eat, sleep, run, repeat.: HARC Week!
http://eatsleeprun.blogspot.com/2012/08/harc-week.html
Eat, sleep, run, repeat. Friday, August 10, 2012. I've just completed my first HARC week! And it was crazy! Monday through Thursday were all high altitude up the canyons around here! Plus they were all super steep, gaining a thousand to two thousand feet in just a few miles! That combined with no easy days equals one physically and extremely mentally toughening week! The week began with the two hardest runs in my opinion. The pipeline trail, and the mother of them: Lambs Canyon! 17:00 and a first place!
