One of the most interesting speakers on Connect.d was Prof. Donna Cross, Child and Adolescent Health, Edith Cowan University who made the suggestion that if IT is to be incorporated into schools like, for example, sport is, then schools should be having IT captains to help the students with hardward, software and cybersafety issues and assist the teachers to be informed of everything just mentioned. And react appropriately should they occur.
