Whether it’s eating sweets or fast food, drinking alcohol, taking drugs, not exercising, etc., people are constantly hurting themselves just for a short feeling of euphoria. Beachbody coaching and working out. Exploring my inner craft goddess. Hospitals (call me crazy, but I've always found comfort in hospitals). An ice cold pillow. A few things I don't love so much:. Loud eaters and chompers. People that are mean for no reason (especially to animals). Being hot (as in getting overheated). Tons of it) - Small .

Thursday, September 9, 2010. So last year I became a vegetarian and lost about 15 pounds. This year, I have devoted my time to the Beachbody programs Brazil Butt Lift, Chalean Extreme, and Turbofire. (I tend to get bored easily, so I mix and match). So far, I have lost 5 pounds, and I am on week 3 of the Turbofire/Chalean Extreme hybrid.
