The Long Good Ride 2012. Wednesday, 29 February 2012. Although we both ride a bit we appreciate we might need to do that little bit more in order to prepare for cycling over 1000 miles in 9 days! Currently both myself and Darren commute to work by bike, already we have started upping the mileage and have even altered our routes so they take in the biggest hills we can find. And by that I mean we cycle up. The biggest hills, not down. As we can manage. Once recovered I'll post details of how it went!
