I have a family! Wednesday, December 23, 2015. Nathaniel is 4 years old, and was born in August 2012. He lives at the Welfare Center that has a partnership with ICC, and he has Down Syndrome. Love his smile and hair! He's gonna have great hair to style :). This one-on-one doting by his grandmother helped Nathaniel reach his milestones.
