Supporting respite care for Herefordshire children with disability. The Wye Valley NHS Trust provides respite care for children and young adults. The main activity of our charity is to raise money to purchase items which cannot be provided by the Trust for the care unit for the comfort and wellbeing of the children and young people whilst in residence. In recent times we have funded the installation of a sensory garden and a sensory dark room. We are members of Attend and a Registered Charity.

Our charity acts in accordance with our Constitution, Objects and Rules. Membership is open to those who subscribe to these Rules and other such persons who the Committee shall admit to Membership. Members pay an annual subscription on the 1st October each year. All the charity's business is transacted by the Committee. The Committee Officers are:. Chairman: Mr. Ron Giles. Funds raised by donation, appeals and local activities enabled us to contract with a specialist garden designer and constructor to have this sensory garden installed. It is approached by a path and just visible at the bottom of the picture a grill-covered flume leads water across the path to miniature rock pool. The garden is low-maintenance and in a light breeze foliage and other items provide a pleasant variety of sounds. Community Web Kit provided free by BT.
