On the bench, he had been set apart, making a difference. A light. My friend Sarah is driving home in horrible snow conditions, right now, and I am praying. Kim has a sick child, sent out concern. We are praying. Then there is Carrie. Asymp; Leave a comment. I kill plants. Most people think I have a green thumb. It’s not. Plants shrink up when the see me approach. I am not being hard on myself. It is true! My husband can grow anything. When I went out to turn the hose on the plants, I found 3 gifted plants I thought were dead, hidden in the midst of the vines. They were protected and rescued. New life was on them. Now I am not heartless, I watered them too. Praying in the parking lot. 8220;the words mean more”.

Connor had been debating whether or not he wanted to run for vice president of his school or not and we have been so busy with baseball that the deadlines almost came and went. So, Easter Sunday we quickly signed the consent forms and tried to come up with a slogan. We brainstormed and came up with "The Big C for VP! Scarves for Cancer Patients. Whilst visiting a friend who was about to start chemotherapy as part of her treatment for breast cancer, she expressed her frustration at the lack of suitable headwear for people in her situation. What was required is a scarf that was cheery and colourful, comfortable to wear and most importantly would stay on! Determined to create something that met all these requirements I set to work on the trusty old sewing machine and after a few attempts came up with the ChelleyJay scarf.
