Monday, November 28, 2011. It rained all day and made the ground very wet and muddy. The way they laid out the course this year was my favorite so far. So much mud and so technical. Perfect! Mel came up and we rode together for a half a lap and then she got a gap on me after the technical downhill. We both rode down it just fine but Mel could ride up the up hill section after the downhill and I had to run which gave her a little gap each lap. Tuesday, September 17, 2013. What an amazingly fun day! It was overcast most of the day, temps were perfect. Not to hot, not to cold. And there was an amazing amount of talent in every race. I raced the Masters Open 30 Women's Cat. We had around 20 ladies on the line, great size field! Oh well, at least it happened at the end so I got to get in almost the whole race. Monday, November 29, 2010. SCX #7 Monroe Finals. I had to make a pretty big decision on Sunday, if I would try to race with my brace because I was in the lead for the series overall and didn't want to loose it. I knew that I would have a hard time shifting and braking with the cast but I decided to give it a go. I couldn't just let the title go without fighting for it. I think I finished 7th or 8th, I managed to hang with Mel and Kristi Kelsey for the first couple laps but then my legs just gave out.

Tuesday, September 3, 2013. It's been awhile, time to start posting again! Wow I just realized it has been over a year and a half since I did my last post! A lot has happened in that year and a half. So I took the whole year off of 2012 and boy did it feel good. I needed it so bad. It was a little hard when the first cross came around to not race, but once that first race was over it was very easy to not race! Saturday, January 8, 2011. I traveled up to Bellingham today to race the last cross race in WA. For the first time in while I went to this race solo. It was kinda fun, but lonely. I really like racing with my family but Chad had to work so I dropped Holden off at my brother's house and headed up north. The weather was pretty good. It was about 38 degrees but clear ski. Thursday, October 10, 2013. Luna Chix Clinic with Catherine Pendrel. Luna Chix Cross Clinic. Thursday, October 10, 2013. McCollum Park SCX #1. I am so far behind on my updates, I am just not so good and staying on top of these posts. So I will try to catch back up. I don't have to much great to say about McCollum park race except that the course and the venue were awesome. I really liked the course, and I hope we get to continue to race there! Wednesday, September 29, 2010. Last week was a very crazy week for me. Chad was in Florida for a FOOLS fire conference and my mom, Holden and I went to Vegas for Interbike.
