Sunday, March 23, 2014. On March 1st, Caitlin and I ran the Phoenix Half Marathon! Then, when the race was getting closer, we ran our 6 mile loop and our 4 mile loop in one run! That's basically the extent of our training. Once, on a run by myself on the 6 mile loop a dog started chasing me and I was running really fast! It was a little scary. Sunday, December 15, 2013. Day After Thanksgiving at the Phoenix Zoo. The day after Thanksgiving we went to the Phoenix Zoo. On the way there my dad was complaining that he didn't have any sunglasses, so we stopped at a CVS to get him a cheap pair, then met everyone else at In-N-Out for lunch. Friday, February 27, 2015. Earlier in the year like in October/November a few of my coworkers and I talked about doing the Hot Chocolate 15K race in Phoenix on December 7th. Tuesday, January 6, 2015. On November 7th and 8th I went on my first camp out with the Young Men as a member of the presidency. It worked out well because Caitlin flew to San Diego to run a race called the She Runs Half Marathon. I've added some pictures from the race. Caitlin did awesome! The camp out was pretty fun! Wednesday, August 6, 2014. The next morning, Mike and Rachel made a delicious breakfast of homemade biscuits, bacon and eggs. Then we got ready and took off for the cabin. Tuesday, November 25, 2014. Caitlin and Caitlin with a monster. The monsters in the maze were really nice. They would answer questions like which path we should take. They would try to stay in character when they responded though, so it was in a creepy voice. Friday, May 1, 2015. Phoenix Pride Half Marathon. The weekend after Easter was my much anticipated half marathon! But I am glad I did it. Danielle and I had some good times training together! There were some interesting characters at the race :) Starting behind the Tinkerbell. Danielle and I on our first loop around. We look like we're dying haha. Wednesday, February 13, 2013. We rang in 2013 with some great friends and a rodeo! What could be better than that? Gabe, Cade and I went to Bull Wars at Golden Spike and met up with some great friends later that night. I wish I would have taken some pictures but I was too busy playing Pictionary. On New Years Day my family came up to our house and we spent the day sledding! Charlotte didn't want to be bothered with anything besides eating snow. And feeding me snow. Posted by Carlie Tams.
