the trojan bunny: June 2011
http://thetrojanbunny.blogspot.com/2011_06_01_archive.html
Thursday, June 30, 2011. So it will probably be another week or so before I get around to more painting and taking pictures for the blog. Hope you all are well and haven't had to lose any organs lately! Posted by the trojan bunny. Saturday, June 18, 2011. A Brief Update And Some Ideas. It's been months since my last post, and I apologize for that. I have been pretty swamped with classes these last few months, but after this coming week I will done for the summer. That means more time for the hobby.

the trojan bunny: July 2011
http://thetrojanbunny.blogspot.com/2011_07_01_archive.html
Saturday, July 9, 2011. Product Tip: Simple Green. I then came across a number of people recommending Simple Green on TMP. I figured it was worth a shot so I picked up a jug. And boy does it work! Just let the minis soak for awhile (I'd say at least 4 hours, if not more) then the paint is easily removed with an old toothbrush. For the small recesses you may need a toothpick or even a pin. Simple Green gets the paint off easily and fairly quickly. Far easier than pinesol, that's for sure!

Tuesday, February 21, 2012. Just my entries for this year's competition. Posted by the trojan bunny. Saturday, February 11, 2012. 15mm Rhodesian Light Infantry. The Rhodesian Brush War is a project I've had in mind for awhile, and last year I decided to take the plunge. Inspired by the blog Daddy's Little Men. I decided to do the period in 15mm with. I painted 6 sticks (the standard 4 man unit of the RLI), plus a few extra figures. Posted by the trojan bunny. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

the trojan bunny: Back to the Desert
http://thetrojanbunny.blogspot.com/2014/06/back-to-desert.html
Friday, June 13, 2014. Back to the Desert. I also uncovered the many packs of unpainted 10mm Sudan minis I have lying around. Lots to paint! And I wouldn't mind ordering a brigade's worth of Egyptians. I also need to make some desert hills, as the cliffs seen in these pictures are probably much better suited to the NW Frontier than the Sudan. Posted by the trojan bunny. The past few weeks, I have been focused on weight loss and a new infatuation, the Sudan Campaign. I have started a new blog www.captainverbeek.blogspot.com. If anyone would like to check it out. I will be playing my first Sudan campaign battle this evening and will post about it there. I am thinking of projecting out the history of Cavenderia.

the trojan bunny: January 2012
http://thetrojanbunny.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Thursday, January 26, 2012. I mentioned in my last post another Africa related project in the works, and here it is! Towards the end of last year I gave in to the temptation of Warlord's plastic Zulus. I went for the 5 box deal (165 figures) which came out to a mere $125 Canadian. With a deal like that, how could I refuse? I have finished the first unit (7 more to go! It is meant to be a married unit, from the Utulwana regiment. Anyway, hope you enjoy these pics of my first Zulus.

Sunday, June 24, 2012. Just a quick note to say that vehicles rules are up, as well as a revised version of the base SNAFU rules: http:/ ca.groups.yahoo.com/group/teatimegames/. Posted by the trojan bunny. Sunday, June 17, 2012. SNAFU - My Sci-Fi Rules. If you have an aversion to yahoo groups, you can download the rules here: http:/ www.mediafire.com/? The nice thing with the yahoo group is it easily facilitates discussion of the rules, but it's your call. Vehicle rules (and other things) coming soon.
