People enrolled in Medicaid, Medicare or LaChip. Individuals who have been unemployed greater than 6 months. Individuals who do not have an electronic pay stub or Federal Income Tax return. People seeking chronic or long-term care and those too medically complex. People established with a primary care physician at Moss Regional. McNeese Students enrolled greater than 6 hours. Individuals seeking health care which is provided free at other agencies. (ie: sexually transmitted diseases, immunizations).
