Founded for Twin City Non-Profits. After working for a large food service management company for several years, Francisco Caballero and Theresa Simpson founded C&C Food Services in 1993 to provide quality meals at affordable prices to programs providing services for adults and children. Having been assisted by some of the services that non-profits provide, Francisco and Theresa have a personal interest in seeing that these programs continue. 2012 C and C Food Services, Inc Food Service Management Company.
