Well, we've just completed our hectic first six weeks, and we're stepping up our rigor in the classroom. We have had two unit tests and are building up to the big nine weeks test at the end of October. Kids will have more homework and parents should be asking about their children's classes. I hope everyone has a restful spring break, because we have to come back at full speed on March 17. 7th grade Pre-AP math students will take the state math STAAR in early April, and we will be reviewing all concepts up to then. At least an hour a week in order to boost their skills. Have a great vacation! Yup, that's me.
