http://astbritishcinemablog.blogspot.com/2010/04/completed-short-film-reflection.html
Tuesday, 20 April 2010. Completed short film reflection! Reflecting on our final short film I believe it was a success. The merge between drama and documentary worked well to interest and engage the audience. Looking back at our class feedback I noticed that although the audience seemed a little confused with the mix between drama and documentary it interested them in the narrative and made them ask questions. http://lucybritishcinema.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 30 March 2010. How does my film fit the codes and conventions of short film? Overall I believe my short film adheres to the codes of conventions found in most short films that are produced. It is a 7 minute long documentary, that is quite heavily focused on the editing to make the content be portrayed in such a short amount of time, and is aimed to teach something. Overall I believe I have made an effective short film and am very pleased with the outcome. Editing process of Rockumentary. I didn'...

http://cstbritishcinemablog.blogspot.com/2010/02/inspiration-week-lesson-1.html

By doing this will make it easier for us to come up with an idea and learn different ways in which we can get inspiration. As short films are so broad and there is not a specific length they have to be, it is going to be a lot more difficult coming up with an idea as you can literally do anything. Beginning, middle, end. Fairy-tales from your childhood. A series of events .
