I really have to start finshing my blogs. :/ There's so many drafts that aren't complete lol. This week is the week I apply at places, and hope that I get two or three jobs. Wish me luck. 绿茶粉买了好久都没用，今天就来试试这蛋糕卷。两个小瓜一听到用绿茶做蛋糕，就开始反对了，奇怪的是每回到商场看到绿茶冰淇凌就直流口水！蛋糕出炉后，就如预期的反应，无人问津，我想绿茶粉要继续被打入“冷宫”了！对我来说，绿茶蛋糕还是可以接受的，老公也说味道不错，但我发现这绿茶粉的颜色偏暗，所以蛋糕的外形不怎么讨好！下次再试试绿茶冰淇凌，食谱已经找到了，就等心血来潮时再开工吧！将A料的蛋黄和幼糖打至奶白后加入粟米油和绿茶汁拌匀，最后加入低粉拌匀，待用。将B料的蛋白和tatar粉打到起泡后加入幼糖打至硬即可。将一半的A料到入B料，轻轻拌匀（但速度要快），最后再把剩下的A料和B料拌匀即可。把面糊到入烘盘，以180度烘15分钟即可，烘好后待凉，涂上少许奶油或果酱，卷起待用。搞得我一团糟，这就是太久没开工的后遗症，再加上资金有限，所以现在凡事以俭为先，哈哈哈，意思就是要能省则省，现在不比之前，花在烘焙上的钱要小心，谨慎！这个蛋糕体不是我要的那种，感觉面粉太多了，少了清盈感，下次再试试别的食谱。食谱取自这里. 现在的我只想把孩子和自家事放在最前线，其他的最好眼不见为净，学习肥媽. 我现在是在office里写这帖子...
