What's important is something I he said at a talk that resonated with me deeply as it solves a riddle I've been pondering for quite some time - "how do you do you make your photographs? An artist is a person who performs certain things skillfully, but doesn't really know how he does it.". And there ya go.

The phrases she used may have been anything BUT traditional, however the lessons were very real. 1 Lesson: Don’t lose your shit in public. STOP CRYING BEFORE I GIVE YOU SOMETHING TO CRY ABOUT. NEVER START A FIGHT, BUT IF SOMEONE STARTS WITH YOU, YOU BETTER FINISH IT.
