Wednesday, January 28, 2015. Driftwood and Glass Beads. My sister has been hunting driftwood recently for a few different projects. She inspired my dad to go and collect some of his own, and he was kind enough to let me have this piece. :). I added some of my lampwork beads and a few collected treasures. It makes me smile! Handmade Impressions: Happy Hearts
http://handmadeimpressions.blogspot.com/2015/02/happy-hearts.html
Wednesday, February 4, 2015. I experimented with making hearts out of wire, and then weaving yarn randomly throughout. If done solidly like the little red one, perhaps it could be an interesting base for embroidery? Created by Cynthia Patrick. Wednesday, February 04, 2015. October 12, 2015. Handmade Impressions: February 2011
http://handmadeimpressions.blogspot.com/2011_02_01_archive.html
Wednesday, February 16, 2011. Here are 2 Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) I made for a specific Valentine's Day themed swap this month. Both backgrounds are needlefelted layers of wool and scrim. The wool was actually from some hand-carded blends I made a while back, and the designs were simply "doodles" I hand-stitched on them before assembling them into ATCs. And here are the 2 wonderful ATCs I got in return. Created by Cynthia Patrick. Wednesday, February 16, 2011. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).

Handmade Impressions: March 2011
http://handmadeimpressions.blogspot.com/2011_03_01_archive.html
Thursday, March 10, 2011. I participated in a little birthday swap this year, and this was my cupcake creation. It is made from a couple pieces of felted sweaters (the bottom was the cuff of a sleeve). The "cherry" on top is one of my lampwork beads that was just waiting for a purpose. Then, after adding a few bugle bead "sprinkles", she was done! Thank you Margi, it's perfect! Created by Cynthia Patrick. Thursday, March 10, 2011. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I love to create!
