Landis Lane Living: Easter Prep at Mimis
http://landislane.blogspot.com/2011/04/easter-prep-at-mimis.html
Thursday, April 21, 2011. Easter Prep at Mimis. My parents watch the kids for me one day week while I do some bookkeeping work for a church in Staunton. It really works out great {well for me anyways, I assume it does for Mimi and Rog! This week she had them on Monday and she planned several things for the kids to do for Easter! When the older girls were done with school they decorated cupcakes, dyed Easter eggs, had an Easter egg hunt, and got Easter baskets filled with goodies! Not so much for me}.

Landis Lane Living: Rainy Day Afternoon
http://landislane.blogspot.com/2011/04/rainy-day-afternoon.html
Wednesday, April 20, 2011. This past weekend we were under a Tornado watch and severe thunderstorm warnings! So… after we came up from the basement and the rain had subsided for a bit, we headed outside to check out the house and all. Kaitlyn had other plans however! She so reminded me of when I was a kid. Running through the rain puddles and just having a great time! Sitting in it, splashing in it, playing in it! What F-U-N for a kid! Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Wednesday, February 11, 2009. I'm reading the 21 Laws of Leadership by John Maxwell. I have read it once before, when i was in college and trying to be a better captain, but different things mean different things at different points in your life. So, I am sure i got something out of it then, but I think i am getting much more out of it now! Champions don't become champions in the ring-they are merely recognized there. He who thinks he leads but has no followers, is only taking a walk. Posted by Jen Grubb.

Sunday, November 30, 2008. I'm a big quotes person. I always have been. I like any little nuggets of truth that might inspire or make you think. So, from time to time, I am going to start posting a few of my favorites. I hope that you see one that you havent ever heard before that might challenge or help you in some way! 8220;But from those who seemed to be something— whatever they were, it makes no difference to me; God shows personal favoritism to no man.
