And, they know how to have a good time! Earlier this year we had a staff retreat. One of our volunteers works for a nonprofit called Jane's House, which is a mansion that opens its doors to community organizations for events. Wednesday, April 24, 2013. My sweet little Brinlee has developed such a love of these stories from Grampa. She gets so enchanted with them. She'll listen for hours about blue dragons and unicorns. And she'll fill in the gaps if Grampa misses a few things during a re-telling. I tried to get a picture of her intrigued face. The camera presence brought her back to reality. Allie, on the other hand, had no problem with the camera, and felt the need to act out the scenes for me. Well done, Allie. Well done.
