Saturday, February 28, 2009. 今天和朋友一起去深水埗看攝影器材, 買了一個閃光燈, 後來有一點肚餓, 我就建議去食豬潤湯麵, 我朋友初初有點抗拒, 怕要食豬潤, 我話你可以只要湯不要豬潤, 我朋友就戰戰兢兢地跟我一起去食豬潤湯麵. 其實認識這食店很久, 但一直沒有將它寫下來, 今次一定要將它寫下來, 分享給大家, 不過, 相信去過深水埗的朋友應該都會認識這食店. 電話 : 2387 6515. 維記是有兩間的, 分舊和新的, 我每次都是去舊店, 感覺有多一點風味. 我們兩個都叫了蛋牛肉麵, 在這裡食什麼都會是豬潤湯, 不用刻意要豬潤才有豬潤湯的. :P. 還記得第二次去這裡就發生一件小趣事, 事情是這樣, 第一次去是朋友帶亦是他幫我叫, 第二次去其實是我自己的第一次去, 想叫回上次的豬潤湯牛肉麵, 但看餐牌又沒有見到, 自己又怕問, 就叫左個豬潤牛肉麵, 真的好多豬潤, 食到怕. 每次我都會將豬潤湯飲晒, 有相為証. :).
