I thought this was different, it was sort of like a traditional wrap because you could put whatever fillings you wanted, but the nori made it taste much different. I was a little on the fence about it, I liked the pita sandwich, it maybe could have used a spice of some kind. One of my favorite Food Network shows is Sandwich King, I adapted this recipe to make it a little smaller and to make it vegetarian. I based my instructions off a previously recipe that I had made - Tortilla Espanola. The original recipe was made on the stove top and in the oven, mine is made entirely on the stove top. Sandwich King recommends serving this with Atomic Hash Browns. A recipe that Becky previously blogged.

I always want to make something for dinner, but sometimes I have trouble because by the time I get home from work I'm already hungry and don't want to wait while I make something that will take an hour. This recipe is from Mary Makes Dinner. 1/2 cup raw cashews. 1 Tbsp lime juice. 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce.

Ahogy közeledik a tavasz, mi is kidugjuk orrunkat, megtisztelő meghívást kaptunk ugyanis néhány nagyon jó rendezvényre! Érdemes eljönni, mert jónéhány borunk kóstolható, és persze mindig lesz valamilyen érdekesebb tétel, amivel máshol még biztosan nem találkozhattatok! Birtokunkat 2011 novemberében alapítottuk egy 0.3 hektáros olaszrizling parcellával a Szent György-hegy déli oldalán.
