We finally wandered into Giuseppes the other night to try one of the last few Italian places in Bellingham we hadn't been to yet. Giuseppes is newly remodeled and I LOVED the atmosphere. Location: 316 W Holly St. Summary: A child friendly place for breakfast with local food and plenty of organic and vegetarian options. What's not to love about the Old Town Cafe? I love Old Town! Its one of my favorite B'ham breakfast/lunch places. The only downside I have found is that everytime I have visited, I have had to wait a really, really long time for a table. But its always been worth the wait :).
