Sunday, December 21, 2008. After 4 days of enforced rest post injury, Tuesday's training schedule required a 63min flat bike ride. Due to my bike still being "unclean" (bring on the bells) it was 63 mins on the stationary bikes at the gym. There's much visualisation (and hoping) that I'll be in a pack for the final 70km push into Christchurch (Kerrie, this means you staying with the kayak pack!
