In my house we have these for breakfast, lunch or dinner! 4 eggs, 30 g sugar, a packet of vanillin sugar, a pinch of salt, 375 g milk, 125 g flour, some margarine (don't use butter), icing sugar for decoration. Start with whipping the egg whites until stiff towers form. Set aside. Heat more margarine and fry all the little pieces for approx. two minutes while turning them over regularly.
