Saturday, 30 August 2014. NOTD / Models Own Hyper Gel. This has been my absolute go to nail polish for the majority of the summer. Having mixed feelings about previous Models Own nail polishes, I was only too keen to try out this HyperGel. Gel effect formula hoping this would be the one to win me over. For a very modest price tag of £5 I was very impressed! An absolute sucker for a gorgeous pink polish I did my best to restrain myself and branch out to a lovely mint green shade in. I was most excited about heading to Kiko Cosmetics as I haven't yet been to a Kiko store in UK but have heard them spoken about in the blogosphere. Like a kid in a candy store, this is what I went for:. In 906, two nail polishes. And two water eye shadows. In 215 (shimmery dark blue) and 213 (shimmery dark green). Ladies (and gents), may I present to you the mother of all high intensity creams - the Elizabeth Arden 8 Hour Cream Skin Protectant. This cream is absolutely amazing! Perfect for dry skin (absorbs slowly and thoroughly). When applied before bed, my face feels extremely soft and smooth in the morning. Using the cream a few times a week made a significant difference to the condition of my skin. The scent doesn't appeal to me whatsoever.
