Creamy, extremely fine foam. Rough, slightly smoky, full, good, a nice beer! On top you find all these manly symbols on the bottle such as a meat cleaver and a bench vice or so. And on top it says the beer is a good fit for burger and steak. Hamburg’s most known and Germany-wide popular star chef Tim Mälzer once said that labeling can manipulate your taste by up to 100%. Not sure if it is only the masculine drawings, but I really like this sip! And I like it the most out of all Ratsherren brewings.
