Monday, February 2, 2009. Happy Birthday Grandma Sher Sher! Last week while we were in Dallas, we got the family together to celebrate my mom's 54th birthday. I have to say she is the most beautiful woman I know, and does not look her age one bit! I hope to look half as good as she does at that age! Me, Jamie, Ava, Tio Roland, Eric and Rick (Poppy to the grandkids). Ava was in rare form.and hamming it up for the camera with several of her funny faces! Making funny faces with her Poppy. Monday, December 7, 2009. Last night Ava and I went to decorate "gingerbread houses" before evening services at church. We had so much fun and there was a very large turnout of children to decorate their own houses with their kids. Ava could not stop shovelling candy into her mouth from the large plate of treats, and barely put any on her house. Mommy had to do most of the work. ;). Ava immediately digging in! Tuesday, October 28, 2008. BOO at the Zoo. This past Sunday Ava and I went to Boo and the Ft. Worth Zoo. It was so much fun! We met up with Michelle and Austin at their house to get the kids ready and try and take a few pics before we headed out. Guess what Ava is going to be for Halloween. Her best chick impression! While we waited Banks gave Ava a ride in his John Deer Gator. Ava had a blast riding around in the back. She was actually belly laughing! Cooper joined in on the fun too! Isn't she so cute?

It took a little persuading to get Zach up there though. In the end, he did say cheese, even though he did not smile. I honestly don't think I could've gotten even that much from him if Tess hadn't been sitting up there too. And as I saw Santa open his card, I knew he appreciated her sweetness. :).
