Friday, November 26, 2010. Holiday Fat Fighter Bootcamp! Okay - the first holiday of the season has come and gone, and everyone's assessing the damage. Yes I did. But then, I know that there were two things working in my favor! 1) I don't eat that way frequently, and, because I have trained my body properly, the influx of calories only served to ramp UP my metabolism. The body gets its craving for sweet met, plus gets vitamins, fiber, and water as added benefits. Besides, think of it this way: when you eat a cookie, you usually want another cookie.
