Membership of the cooperative shall be opened to all persons who are coconut farmers, working or residing within the Municipalities of Matanao, Bansalan, Magsaysay and Digos City, all of Davao del Sur. The application for membership shall be in writing on a form provided for the purpose and shall be presented to the board of directors for approval.
